Don't think it is on national networks, local Dish satellite station in Seattle KZJODT are showing it (I think) it is also available on:
Middle East and North Africa: Abu Dhabi Sports

Asia: BeIN Sports (ASIA)

Europe: Eurosport (excluding UK and Ireland)

Not sure any of that helps!
