Absolutely zero chance of London being awarded another Olympics so soon after the last one.
Really it would only affect West Ham if they intend to buy, and why should they?! Seems like the existing agreement is good for the present owners and who is to say the new one would want to change considering they aren't having too much difficulty finding bums to fill the seats regardless of the earlier complaints, which have died down alot. Still hear mumbles, but two good seasons seem to work wonders.
There are plenty of countries that will want to host the Olympic Games. It’s only been 10 years since it was here, so in my view it’s never going to happen again here in the uk in my lifetime.
This has all the hallmarks of Mr Khan yet again trying to remain relevant, making the most of a media opportunity and of course trying to justify his position as major. The man does fuck all other than pop up once in a blue moon wearing an open collar shirt having a dig at anyone or anything, playing the race card at every turn whilst avoiding issues he is actually responsible for. Low bearing fruit is such easy pickings for him. He hates the idea of West Ham being the only real long term future/answer for the ill advised and planned political vanity project and taxpayer money pit that is the Olympic stadium. I cannot stand the man.
