We know Caboose is Rambo so a post like that is expected.
But you to sign it off. Wow.
I take it you have children yet you like posts championing paedophilia.
Wow. I guess you like people posting about child porn.
I guess even some parents have strange tastes.
Whaddya mean Rambo you fucking kiddy fiddling nonce. Do us all big favor slide under yer stone and die.
I din't reply to him, just mentioned him in a post................... and it's absolutely made his year
And we beat Spurs who stuffed City on Day 1.
And Watford lost 5-0 to Liverpool last week with King in the side.
Previous results mean nothing. It is how the team you are playing turn up on the day.. Everton gave up when Watford equalised. They are not playing for the manager. The last goal even I could have scored.
Can you imagine the bleating from some of our fans if we had signed King in the summer. I'm sure a cursory glance at some of the threads will prove the point.
He may do well at Watford. he may not but even if he does, it does not mean he will fit into our team. Haller didn't and neither did just about every striker we have had in the last 10 years other than two wingers that Moyes turned into decent CFs.
King didnt start one game at Everton yet people now are calling for him when he was apparently beneath us the summer before last.
When we buy a second striker, I want it to be someone that Moyes has targeted not a Bournemouth reject. Moyes takes players that he can improve over a season. A case in point is Vlasic who is getting some jibes from our fans already.....he will likely get a lot better just as Bowen and Benrahma have and formals definitely has but needs some time. I see Vlasic as our future attacking MF
That system above is frustrating to some of our young 'football manager' playing fans but in the long run it is why we as a team look so well drilled and disciplined and why they all play for each other. Its called coaching which Spurs, Everton and Man Utd seem to have decided to bypass this season. Ferguson did it years ago and nearly got sacked. Its no wonder he identified Moyes as a good manager as he adopts the same approach.

I must say, I’ve liked what seen from Vlasic.
Same as Fornals works his nuts off and shows good skills, as Fornals did his first year he looks like he will take time to settle in.
It’s not what you do it is the way that you do it.

When we sign a striker I want it to be someone who brings something to the squad and actually improves it. We have seen too many Redknapp type signings, far too many to mention, who were brought in simply to add numbers to the squad with no regard to their actual value to the team.
Why Is There Only One Monopolies Commission. Isn't That A Monopoly?

Shouldn't that read.. " simply to add numbers to his bank account" ala the dinosaur also?
Just like my dreams they fade and die.
But on the positive side..............

And I thought I was the cynical one.

Fair points. And we've missed the boat anyway. But Moyes was about to sign him before he went to Everton. King himself wanted the move but Bournemouth , having agreed a 10m deal, reneged and demanded 3m more. We quite rightly told them to do one.
The fact he scored 3 on Saturday is immaterial. He's exactly the type of back-up striker that would have fitted the bill as he can operate on his own up front. Not as physically strong as Micky but it would keep the shape. Only a matter of time imo before we regret not getting cover.
But the best thing about signing him this summer, especially given that we won't spend fortunes is that he was free.
