You could be right, some clubs did not look after their financial side and paid for it but a few clubs who want to buy players, their clubs and agents put the price too high to get their replacement.
Yes, but that's nothing to do with UEFA. UEFA might be only interested in raking more money in for themselves but nobody forces clubs to pay the prices they do. If you or I can't afford something we don't buy it. Right ?
Not a bad policy is it ? Transfer fees, agents fees and player wages are only at the levels they are because clubs allow themselves to be held to ransom by agents and players.
Totally agreed there mate.
"I am always correct", but "if I am wrong", please refer to the first phrase.
from top to bottom all they are dong is chasing money. the small clubs arent happy with just playing football they need to live beyond their means to chase a bigger purse further down the road. So they spend it all before getting anywhere near it.
Footballers wouldnt go to smaller clubs because the money isnt right yet they are happy to complain that football has become all about money.
UEFA brick themselves because some clubs threaten to form a super league and take them out of the equation, The big 12 in turn brick themselves when threatened with expulsion from domestic leagues and Uefa comps why?! because they want the best of both worlds. Was it over football?! No! it was money.
Everyone knows that the world cup in Qatar is a bad idea, and taking into consideration the ethics that went into the setting up, should have been stopped when it was evident what was going on, but was it?!..No!...Why?!...because of money.
Football game schedule has been turned arse over tit..Why ?!..Because of money...and the governing bodies in football need to make more of it. There are now more european games than there was a year ago, Why!? Because UEFA thought it a good idea to placate the big 12 before the super league had got chance to get off the ground, in the guise of giving them the chance of a bigger european payout, a thinly disguised effort to detract from the real reason for the idea in the first place . UEFA are happy and though maybe a few bob richer , the big 12 are still in the same position with the thing that annoyed then initially still in place.
Should we feel sorry for any one of those involved in the game No....its only us as supporters that really suffer as someone has to pay forit all-

Your last sentence says it all mate. And it also contains the solution. Nobody HAS to pay for it. We supporters do it through choice, whether by paying our TV subs or our season ticket money. The clubs CHOOSE to pay inflated wages to bang average players because they are scared of missing out, and also terrified of fan reaction if they don't sign anyone----however indifferent. It's basically the same herd panic mentality we saw when people were queuing up for ages to put about 5 quids worth of fuel in their car simply because everyone else was doing it.

Soooooo…………..are you saying it’s about money then?
Terry - Courtois bitch, was about playing too much football. UEFA is crooked, we all know that. But to crack on about how hard done by he is, after taking in 7.2 million € a year, is fucking distasteful.
If the situation is that bad, they should offer to reduce their wages, to games played? Wont happen tho, will it.

Let's be honest Whiskyman, for most, Family and close friends come first in life, but Football is normally second on that list for many.Their team is their other love.
That's why these c**ts can do what they like and the fans will pay for it.

But what whiskeys saying is no ones forced to pay it. If the price of food is too high your fucked cos you have to eat but if footballs too pricey stop paying for it. Cant argue with that can we.
