I did a lateral float test today and I am positive.

My son been rough for a few days.he did tests,but they were negative.

I come down this morning, wasn't feeling 100%,so did one and it was NO PARKING(doubled red lined).

Both went for a PCR,plus did another tonight.

Feel a bit crap,but I will survive...HOPEFULLY

Sorry to hear you are not well Terry, hopefully you'll have the typical mild cold like symptoms and be back up and running soon.

Plenty of vitamin C & D are always a good addition to build your immune system and hell your body fight illness.

As Ironworksfc said, get plenty of Vitamin C and D. I always take plenty during the winter months and I'm rarely sick.

I’ve been taking vitamin D every day for about 3 years now. Not had as much as a cold in that time. Amazing shit.
