There's nothing that we could offer him that couldn't be bettered by City, except maybe the captaincy.
He would be thrust into playing with and against the world's best almost immediately.
He'd have the best manager/s and coaching staff available to him, as well as state of the art training facilities.
His skill would improve immeasurably in light of the previous two points, and his contribution to the national team would likely leave more of a legacy.
Higher wage.
He'd have to live in Manchester though...
Yes one of the gated mansions in leafy cheshire would be tough. Probably only be able to park seven cars on the drive as well. And parking is probably important for a young aspiring multi-millionaire.
It was more a shot at having to live amongst Mancunians than anything else.

Hopefully bullshit news.
Dec is an automatic choice in our starting 11, soon to be permanent captain (once Nobes hangs up his boots), the team unity has never been better and he can see what Moyes is building and wants to be an integral part of that.
All that is in our favour but the dwarf has to refuse the big dollars or he’s gone. I’m not confident in the dwarf
If this isn't bullshit... and it's a big if:

Let’s focus on the last point and hope he does too

Parking and Mancunians. 2 key elements on any decision for different reasons
In today's current market it would take well over 50 million to get him. The thing is you're never guaranteed a starting slot with Pep, no matter how good you are and young Dec loves to play. If van dick and the manure hod carrier are worth 90 mil, I'd personally stick a 100 mil price on him and that's just for starters!
That said of course we all know our little cunt, loves a pound note, so it'll probably be 15 million and Aguero. Or kunt as he likes to be known.

The general feeling at the club is he can be replaced for 25 - 40 million
This shit always make me laugh
If that's true why aren't City buying the alternative for 25-40 million? Don't tell me - its our superior scouting network consisting of Len O'Reilly who has unearthed another gem from Ireland and Will Salthouse who definitely doesn't have a conflict of interests.
Of all the English clubs, City would be my least hated destination. Semi decent fans, will pay the going rate and will remember where he came from.
Unfortunately we don't choose his destination - the $$$$ does.
