Morning all,
Next Sunday 17th I am taking part in the Great Newham Run for the second time, it is a 10k run around the Olympic Park and ends inside the Stadium, I ran it last year in 54 mins but a year older and somewhat heavier it will take its toll, I haven't trained properly since the London Marathon due to injury.
I have a virginmoneygiving site from the marathon and hope to add to the total by having a mini auction on here,

Did you know Upton Park FC were the first British Olympic football team.
