Sad news about this poor girl walking home from her friends house only to be kicked to death by a so called sexual predator, Jordan Mcsweeny.
Not only did he rape her but took time out to stamp on her head, leaving her to die. Paramedics did try to save her, but she was so badly beaten and unable to breathe, she later died in hospital.
He'll be sentenced in December.

And when you read his previous record its hard to work out how any sane person could ever think it would be safe to let him out on the streets...but they did...and this proved how dangerous he was.....how on any planet are these people not complicit/culpable ?

Just read about the poor woman. Cases like this the parole board, police or do gooders should be held accountable. He broke his license and wasn't re arrested. Heads should roll. Along with his.

In the judicial system ,the police ,judges,the cps ,social workers probation and parole officers and these psychologists need a major overhaul and upgrade imo
That’s without the care in the community programme we have hundreds of severely mentally unstable people on the streets that should be locked away for their own and innocent people’s good.
A sad state of affairs it really is.
The old mantra we will learn lessons from this ?

Imo there is no justification whatsoever for not re introducing the death penalty for deliberately taking the life of another human being. One thing we could learn from Allah's Army is how to treat garbage such as the lowlife who carried out this atrocity.
But everytime the death penalty is raised in discussion the god squad start getting on their high horses.
