Saw them in the ArenA. Ajax's stadium. What a show they put on!!
But his passing has made me think! It was the good clean living one who was the one to go. What does that tell us!?

In my opinion, the greatest band ever.
Not an opinion, a fact.
Not the greatest drummer in terms of pure power & energy on a big kit like Moon or Peart, but that he kept it relatively simple yet had a unique sound which was integral to the Stones overall sound was pure genius. His consistency & longevity are unrivalled and he is one of those where you can't put the brilliance of his talent into words. He has drummed on every single Stones album.
Better than Ringo and in the top 5 all time drummer legends. (in case you are wondering my other 4 are Moon, Bonham, Taylor & Peart).
