Not F1 but Sabine Schmitz has passed away...was on Top Gear a few times...

She could truly mix it with the guys driving wise...had a great personality.....real shame,way to young,life sucks at times.

Yes big loss personality wise and she could laugh that girl. I'm reminded of an old flame Francesca,Munich girl and she could laugh with that throaty rasp that was damned infectious.

An evening spent with Franny was full of surprises unless those suprises included an evening spent in Covent Garden pretending to enjoy opera...there was thankfully the Pub afterwards - but why put yourself through an unnecessary wait...as you might have guessed, it didn't endure. But you do what you can don't you...

Yeah German Girls are great fun,very outgoing..boisterous ... ...she seemed typical..

Opera OK with it..small doses tho...seen a few busking at Covent Garden ...from the Punch and Judy Boozer Balcony ......

After testing, the gloom was against Mercedes and most pundits predict Red Bull to win the WC this year. I have my doubts.

After 1st and 2nd practice in Bahrain, both Mercedes and McLaren look good despite Red Bull's strong showing.

My prediction is Hamilton will win and Norris/Ricciardo 2nd

Bottas/Verstappen 3rd

Perez taken points away from Verstappen, hence why he will miss this year's title. Though at the start, I do predict a strong Red Bull, but like Hamilton as he always does, comes strong towards the end.

Kimi will retire after this year.

Mercedes, Red Bull, McLaren and Ferrari for wins in that order....
