I've also seen a couple of videos of them fitting people up.
If they say they've seen you watching live TV they can get a search warrant. It's unbelievable. Like a British Stasi.
But what about if you live in a tower block?
Make sure the smoke detectors work.

I do pay the fucking thing because I'm a law abiding silly bastard. I hate the principle of paying for something whether or not you actually watch it. But Mrs W would blow a gasket if I decided to cancel my monthly Direct Debit. Not because she's a fan of the licence fee but because she's just made that way.

A swift uppercut Normally works, followed by a folding body press.

Presumably then you don't watch anything on the BBC, or made by the BBC?

I despise the BBC and their political / pc agenda but unfortunately there are too many programmes they provide that I still like for me to avoid it and my own personal bugbear about tv is the fucking adverts, particularly the gambling ones.

I now watch a bit of stuff on Amazon. The Grand Tour, Good Omens, and my son has introduced me to the back catalogue of Breaking Bad, but BBC Four shows a lot of decent historical stuff that interests me.

The BBC is very good with historical stuff. But they call them repeats.

I fully agree with you on that first sentence.I think they should now call it the ABBC..Anti British Broadcasting Company.

It seems to me that our country,is the only place in the world that many are not proud of the flag and the BBC lead that agenda.
