So what do you do?
Don't swap Soucek for Paqueta for one.
Disagree, parquets race is run…apart from goal think he’s been largely a bit average.

Well didn't expect many positives out of today BUT to be fair:

1. Scoring a goal!
2. The result
3. Aguerd...looks like he is going to be top notch
4. Rice...his best game for us for some time

As soon as he brought Fornals and Soucek on, Newcastle knew we were going to defend for our life. Automatically gives them a lift. That place was like a library.

A point more than I thought we would get

I would have taken the point obviously, but we need wins and just wish he'd make some different changes to give the opposition something to think about.

Good point and could be the last point at Newcastle as from next season they will start dominated the PL titles for years to come.

Fornal is attacking g player, soucek couldn’t disagree with that to shore up midfield…I’m not whinging , a draw against a very decent team who’ve conceded little and lost 1 or 2?
I get the majority agenda is moyes out , Antonio is shite etc but thought he/we played well today and for 70% of march were the better team.
Frankly, better than losing & having just watched us get rinsed by the jocks for the 3rd time …. I’m not unhappy. I do have a couple of mates on way back from rugby who are liverpoool fans who are less so :D

Mate I'm happy with the point and performance.
Really good to see us compete again. I would add that the Geordies were pretty flat though, and the crowd knew it.

Better performance all round, coufal seems to be back to his best again.

Pacqueta & Agerd outstanding.

Shame our manager tried to balls it up with his subs.
