If Soucek will not improve in the box to box we've got Fornals and Downes who might work, but if not we need to sign someone before Jan 1st

Might it suit the purpose and composition of personnel, to play Downes in the sitting role and afford Rice the wider freedom to expand his influence in the box to box function.

And whilst we can all admire the sumtous workcraft of Thomas Soucek, it might not have excaped everyones attention, that the lads forward interplay has not developed sufficiently to encourage continuation. That is to say not developed in a nice way.
