I think Moyes had already conceded the game before it started, it was down to damage limitation. He did however get to have a brief glimpse of our striker. Now the real business begins if they manage to get their chins off the floor by next week.

I bet many were happy they had Haaland in their fantasy team.

Won't get battered.
We will grind out a 2 - 0 defeat with a 10 man defence performance.
Moyes getting ready for the first REAL season in the last 3 years.
FACTS. Again.
There's a 20% chance it might rain tomorrow. :D

Yep,...they didn't score as many goals I was expecting them too......... that's definitely a positive
Nobody much competing with city this season and haaland is a beast. Glad its out the way.
Not as bad as predicted.
Played way better in 2nd half.
Scaramanga looked lively.
Need more recruits
1st time they’ve beaten us in 4?
It has been this way against city forever ….wtf was everyone expecting.
Move the fuck on.

Yep, 2nd half a much better showing.

And if Rice had kept his head down for that shot many things could have been different.

Scamacca looks a very decent signing, must start against Forest.
It’s not what you do it is the way that you do it.

One fit centre back don’t help. Later in the season had city really needed a result they could have gone up 3 or 4 gears. Did well to keep it to 2 but also could have got something out of it had declan not fluffed his lines. Easily our best player but far from a decent goal scorer which if he added to his game would probably get us another 25mil.

Can anyone who watched it on the TV tell me why Haarlands kung-fu kick on Fabs was not a red or reviewed by VAR?

Apart from the fact we were playing Citeh!
