I'm hoping St Albans City beat Boreham Wood tomorrow and we get drawn against them. Two of the St Albans squad are lads who played for the lot I coach when they were younger. And it would be nice for whichever of them wins to get a decent pay day against a PL club.

I'm hoping St Albans City beat Boreham Wood tomorrow and we get drawn against them. Two of the St Albans squad are lads who played for the lot I coach when they were younger. And it would be nice for whichever of them wins to get a decent pay day against a PL club.

Would be nice if we are at home against non-league side to give our first team a rest after the Xmas hectic schedule.

That’s Arsenals home tie sorted then.

As it happens if Boreham Wood win and draw Arsenal at home it would be like a home game for them. Their Under 23's play their home matches there.

I just hope that we get a nice comfortable draw at home , give the lads a bit of a less stressful match especially with having six games in December and then Palace away on the 1st . What should help in the new year is knowing that we are through to the last 16 as group winners in the Europa League , which means we bypass the play-off phase in February , and do not get involved again till March .

Or even our enemy team, Spuds at home against non-league side as both Spuds and Arsenal always has easy home Cup draw against the minnows.
