That depend the ambition and their doing that decide the club fate. If all 20 PL has all mega-rich, then 3 of them will go down and would be more nicer if Arsenal or Man Utd go down as they have poor ownership and especially Man Utd are in freefall at the moment with more clubs improving. It is hard to tell so I don't know what going to happen in the next few seasons.

And in Gold's case it might not be him who decides when he fucks off. He's in his eighties and Mother Nature might have a say in his departure date.
