Apparently Tuchel believes the squad is too large and he wants to bring in quality over quantity. Which seems to be a more sensible way of going about things than the Twitchy down to the bare bones, "we've got to bring someone in even if it is only Gary Charles and he's always pissed" strategy.
I think we can expect a serious offer for young Mr Rice. Hopefully Ross Barkley doesn't form any part of a makeweight deal. An d I'm still hopeful that Harry Kane might end up there. Wouldn't that be a shot across the bows of one of the "big 6" ?

There'll be a bid for Rice no doubt but it remains to be seen if the midget is playing chicken or not.
