Fully deserved his contract as he proved us wrong and he is solely concentrating getting better recruitment scouts and hope to keep improving and staying consistency, not a 1 season wonder like Bilic or Pellegrini. Last manager to have consistency was Harry Redknapp from 1998 to 2000 before things went pear-shaped due to poor ambition from previous owner, Terry Brown.

Hope it will not repeat the 2001 saga when we lost Ferdinand, Lampard, Cole, etc. Time to built, time to be a RECOGNISED club.
