Increase in UEFA funds

Post by palerider »

Apparently the 'Big 6' are to be rewarded for their treachery by a new UEFA funding package to the tune of 6 billion.

It will however apply to next season's CL and UEFA Cup competitions so the need to finish no lower than 6th is very important and would have a massive effect on our finances.

Whether or not the shysters trouser most of our share should we achieve that is of course another matter.

This is newspaper bollocks that detracts from the actual message.

UEFA have got a better deal for teams competing in Europe but YOU HAVE TO QUALIFY to get it.

Doesn't mean more money for big 6. Leicester will get it, Arsenal won't, we may.

This is the media trying to create a bandwagon and the danger is with outright bullshit the original message gets lost.

The ability to earn a place based on sporting merit (or an Oil billionaire).

Absolutely correct.

But of course there will be those, particularly in the press, who won't allow the facts to get in the way of a good old fashioned shit stir.

Who said anything about a shit stir. The point was, if UEFA had any cojones at all, none of the 6 ESL clubs shouldn't be receiving a penny of extra funding.

They are fining them 5% of their European revenue and they are all making a combined donation, total, of 13m euros to the UEFA party boat charity

So giving shit loads to them and taking a little back while secretly kissing their arses.

Every ounce off Common Sense say's Wembley......with Limitations on the freeloaders opps sorry Uefa Reps.. etc......I heard
it was 3,000 seats required...But...
It's a Money thing so basically fuck covid......We've gone thru shit in the UK to get shot of this fuck of a thing.so if there's
a millionth of a chance of someone bringing something in,or one of us bring something back, they can shove their final,
where the sun don't shine....

Have it here....5,000 ST holder lottery for both clubs...no travel from what we deem unsafe countries, including Media...
We'll take care of that....Take it or leave..

Edit...Might be wrong thread...but you get my drift.......
