Apparently 90% of UEFA's income is reinvested in grass roots football. If you believe what they say....

“The measures announced are significant, but none of the financial penalties will be retained by Uefa. They will all be reinvested into youth and grassroots football in local communities across Europe, including the UK."
Significant in what way ?....

They do claim that with the caveat- after administrative costs and operating expenses...which allows a little bit of flexibility with the old corporate plastic for
wives, entertainments and ancilliary hospitalities, pensions and office accommodations, hotel and travel and miscellaneous disbursements...
The first £20 million is never enough

£2 million per team, what an insult.
Should have been a year ban each, when the team qualified(whether next year or 10 years time).
Aren't Man U getting punished for the postponement of their game with Liverpool or are they getting off scot free?
