I believe we dont necessarily need an out and out striker with our set up. It also must be frustrating to other teams as their defenders don't have a clue to pick up.
I believe we are destined for a good run in Europe and the PL this year.

My condolences but I’m quite confident he won’t be missed.

Fucking hell stick to talking about what you know about. Kane was shit in the Euros. Mbappe was shit in the Euros. Dont mean there shit players does it. Messi was pretty shit in the last world cup i think. You reckon hes shit too.
Don't worry. You have to remember on here, every player is judged on anything that is negative

Zouma is apparently injury prone (not since 2011 has he been injured)
Kral is shit (He had a couple of games in the Euros where he was not on top form)
Vlasic is the wrong kind of player (We need a number 9)
Areola is only a loan (fuck knows why this is an issue)

Just one point to correct here , and in no way do I agree with any of your statement . But Zouma has had injuries other than the knee problem in 2011 .
17/18 Knee Injury
15/16 Cruciate Ligament Rupture
14/15 Knee Injury
12/13 Sprained Ankle
12/13 Sprained Ankle
12/13 Knee Problems
11/12 Knee Surgery

As for Zouma having past injuries doesn't make him a poor player in fact I think he is a top defender , Kral is only 23 and has a bright future ahead of him as do Vlasic and Areola .

Odubeko looked nowhere ready, compare him to Afolayan who was deemed not good enough and sold. Afolayan was older sure but he looked better in the first team.

A loan to the championship is the roght move imo.

We have no striker alternative which is bad, looks like it was En-Nesyri or noone for Moyes.

Point being playing a false 9 rather than Odubeko or a sub-par striker signing is probably the best option.

Hoperully Mipo will be ready next season!

Odubeko ?

If he's the best we have they needn't bother about an academy. No offence to the lad but he'll be in the 1st division within a couple of years if he works hard enough, which is part of the problem imo.

I am sorry, but to my mind; it makes absolutely no sense to start another season (especially one in which we are in European competition) without at least one back up Striker.
Difficult to get a backup to sit on the bench so the alternative is to use one of the AMs like we do with MA or play a false 9. Many of our goals come from midfield.
That is precisely the problem. And you highlighted the negativity abundant on the forum so can you imagine the furore had we signed, for example, Rondon ? Someone has mentioned we should have been all over that signing but I'm pretty certain that had we brought him in Moyes would be castigated by the usual suspects for bringing in an ageing mercenary from the Chinese League.

Damned if you do and damned if you don't spring to mind.

Isn't Johnson the obvious cover for Cresswell ?

He was apparently injury prone if some on here were to be believed. Ok, other than the odd knock (all players get those) , he had one really bad injury from falling badly. I dont see that as injury prone.

You are right about us lowering the average age. Kral is a replacement for Noble.

This is a rather good video of Vlasic vs Varane. Does not mean he will be good or bad for us, it remains to be seen but I did enjoy winding up a Man Utd fan I know with it.
