I would have thought attending an outdoor football match,if mask wearing was compulsory, was as safe,as sitting on a beach in Greece or Spain (from July)
Any danger might arise in milling on the concourse, but if the hospitality is closed,that risk is pretty low.

Maybe but I dont see how you get 60,000 people in and out of train stations and a stadium with safe distancing so we will see.
