I was all braced and ready for a brutalizing and in the end the ref had to come along and prise apart our cheeks for them. Gutted to lose that in the end.

Pellegrini is often talking about thinking and playing like a big club, if he sticks to that then he will have a go. I think the Cup will have taken a fair bit out of them and although Guardiola will deny it, his big target is getting to at least the final of the Champions League and preferably winning it! Shame is that they don't have a game to worry about next week! However Aguerro, Sterling and Bernardo Silva all played the full 120 minutes, De Bruyne and Silva played for 80 minutes; so I think if we really go for it we could do well.
Important that we don't play Obiang who gives the ball away and that we play Arnautovic and Antonio to worry the hell of their shaky defence; Otamendi and Kompany will struggle against those two IF we can get the ball to them!
Agree we can't let Obiang near this game otherwise it will be a cricket score. If Nasri is fit he has to start in a midfield 3, he's the only one able to transition the ball to our pacey forwards.
