I wouldn't worry about that as I'm pretty sure the last time Mike Dean took charge of our game, we won.
In fact I can see us beating Leicester this afternoon (hopefully) and then lose to Newcastle next week!

West Ham rarely win under Dean due to his antics and this is 3rd time we have him in space of 8 games.
