13% of the UK is BAME
15% of new executive appointments will be from a BAME background, with 30% female.
25% of new coaching appointments will be BAME and 10% of senior coaching appointments.
This is a fucking racist doctrine. You are selected based on colour not ability and we will also ensure over representation
Let me repeat 87% of the UK population is white and yet there is now a rule in football that says only 75% of new coaches can be white
Job selection based on skin colour - equality
In terms of football though there are 33% of total footballers that are black.
That is where they will have taken their proportions from.
Doesn't matter where they get their figures and stat's from we live in a country supposedly free from discrimination which for those that do not know is the unjust or prejudicial treatment of people, especially on the grounds of race, age, sex, or disability.
Well I can say without prejudice that is is a load of bollocks , doesn't matter where you live in the world their has always existed a freedom to discriminate even in this day and age .
I have been in the workforce since the age of 15 and on this planet for nearly 65 years , and have experienced and seen it with my own eyes , growing up from the age of 6 years and until I was 25 in Australia and New Zealand to English ( Pommie ) parents . I have travelled all over the Pacific and the Middle East in my life prior to settling down back in England in 1981 , ( where we cannot even be English or fly the Cross of St George , but its ok if your a Scot/Welsh or Irish ) .
Wasn't that long ago (15 years ) I myself was discriminated against , by the company I was employed by - a position was to become available that I was asked to apply for by my manager but prior to filling in the application he came and told me there was no point as he had been directed by the area manager that the position had to be given to one of two of my colleagues who had a different complexion . Neither had the qualifications or respect of their fellow workforce though they had been employed in the field over 10 years longer then me .
I have seen managers/supervisors afraid to reprimand individuals because of there colour , many not even bothering to follow the official procedure .
Why on earth can we just not have equality for all , and not be afraid to show or say it , rather then unequal equality for the minority .
