The Undertones and Walter Trout and Bush are the only ones on this thread I've even heard of ...

Nah yer not mate as old as yer feel.

Remember John Peel saying, first time he heard this he was driving, and he had to pull over
and listen, and it actually brought a tear to his eye.
Love it when music can get you that way :D

Just got back from the Bush gig, fucking excellent night, most the girls dressed up in sexy Halloween costumes and Bush nailed it.

Happy days, all I need now is for the hammers to win and Katie perry to trip over and land on my knob ;)

Getting a Black Sabbath/ Ozzy Osbourne vibe especially from the vocals!

If you're into Prog Metal, check out Mastodon if you haven't already done so:

Dillinger Escape Plan was a name of one of the tables at my wedding reception. :-)

Was a Mastodon fan for years, loved Remission and Leviathan, Blood Mountain was there best record imo. They lost me after Crack the Skye though.

If you like Mastodon, try Intronaut, their last album was amazing, the Direction of Last Things. They have the best rhythm section out there right now.
