Yep . (Unlike Covid-19) this guy actually existed and this country will be all the poorer for his demise.

I don’t usually contribute to threads like this but this fella had my respect and I’m genuinely gutted that he’s gone , I just hope her majesty doesn’t follow him quickly as so often happens.
Now Harry and the other thing ... different story.
Absolutely agree mate

During a walkabout at an Edinburgh electronics factory, Prince Philip remarked that a fusebox bursting with wires looked "as if it was put in by an Indian".
My favourite was when he visited a care home and spoke to a wheelchair bound elderly lady .
He asked “ do people trip over you ?”

Ever meet him Tim ?

He wouldn't have gone to Grays.........didn't like dark chaps.

I don’t think it was ever our colonial cousins that he had a problem with Alan .

Best Price Phillip Quote.

Australian customs officer: "sir, I apologise but I need to ask you the same questions as everyone else. Do you have a criminal record?"

Phillip: "oh... I am sorry, I did not realise it was still mandatory"

Certainly funnier than all of these so-called stand up comedians these days.
