Effectively is just a bunch of lines but can get well paid as a proper cad technician. I’m not one of those but I can get by. Looking intently at a screen like that all day makes ya very sleepy though

Lot of free DWG models here and for software, I've used FreeCAD in the past. It's pretty good and because it's open source it gets updated pretty frequently. Unless you're designing a new axial compressor fan for Rolls Royce's latest jet engine then FreeCad should do you nicely.
