Perhaps the rules/law doesn't allow for his forcible transportation to court. In some ways it would be best if he just expired in his cell.

And again because of the rules,his age at the time of the offense doesn't allow a whole life tariff to be passed on conviction. In some ways it would be best if he just expired in his cell.

This sounds bad,but would extradite any and all family members,to country of origin,to be classed as security threats...
it's cruel to what maybe innocent law abiding people....but if the fucks that do this shit,knew their families would
suffer...it might just might have them think twice.
