Naturally people want to be seen on the side that is winning,so opinions change faster than a pair of socks.
All of this is then justified by the phrase - It has served it's purpose. So people,quickly catch on that it's not trending anymore,put t shirts away,u-turn and say...I never really believed what I read in the media anyway...
Which leaves them now free to devote full concentration on what is really important to them - does my bum look big in this...
