I loved Simon Day in that. Dave Angel, Gideon Soames, competitive dad, and the one and only Billy Bleach.

Communism deprives no man of the power to appropriate the products of society; all that it does is to deprive him of the power to subjugate the labour of others by means of such appropriations.

Nice one James -

My boys put me on to Friday Night Dinner. Caught up with them all on Netflix.

That is really, properly brilliant.

Every character is a gem. Every actor perfectly cast. As for Paul Ritter - "Shitting shit on it" fabulous.

Terribly under rated / under promoted. Although to be honest, when I looked at it in the schedules, I thought "In Betweeners bandwagon" and gave it a miss. I shouldn't have. Funniest thing I've seen for a long time.

Glad my kids have better taste than me.

The episode with Mr. Morris is my favourite - fucking hilarious. He has a little of my father in law about him

Haven't seen a single episode of Derek, but will give it a go.

Forgot about That's Amazing with Carl Hooper.

"Green Wing" rarely gets mentioned in these sort of lists.

Loved it.

Not the nine o’clock news and alas Smith and Jones were quite comical.
