He had family sitting in the West Lower near us yesterday. At the end of the game he came over to them to celebrate. I had my two boys with me who are 7 and 4. We shot down the front quickly as he was going and I told them to call him. He came over and high fived both my lads with a "come on you irons" to go with it. It was my 4 year olds first ever game, he couldn't believe it! They were buzzing all the way home!

It strikes me that Kouyate has very quickly settled and understood West Ham. Though not his best game yesterday he always gives everything for the cause. The fact that he acknowledged my to sons was brilliant and to me shows what a decent bloke he is.
