unhelpful ticket office staff

Got 3 of our 4 tickets and 1 never arrived so I call the ticket office
Jesus Christ the bloke I spoke to needs to get a new job what a absolute cunt
Everything I asked was too much trouble for him to answer and I said maybe he needed a new job
I ended up going over the ground and got it but again was a nightmare
Wouldn't mind I am off on holiday in the morning and not even going
Hopefully I get to the bar in time for the match tomorrow
