No they havent.....they have just said that he would not go for less than £60M. Most clubs say that to put off potential buyers.....60M for a 30 year old !!
No point in saying he wont go at any price because that is just lip service as we all know that everyone has a price.

I'd like to see Lacazette in West Ham colours next season and do genuinely think he is a striker who could do well in the prem, but I wouldn't want us going any higher than £35m. It would be a huge signal of intent from us and I do genuinely think he could score us plenty of goals if given the right service. If we still have Dimi, it could be the stuff of dreams..
We can't be held to ransom just because the premier league has signed a decent TV deal. We will also have to be careful to keep the rest of the dressing room happy re: our new top strikers wages. If there is a huge gap it could cause unrest amongst the rest of the squad which is the last thing we need.
