Can someone tell me or explain the reason why season ticket holders have paid a " handling charge " to sit in their ST seat and have been issued a paper ticket for said seat ? Ripp off ? or Con ? I have been charged £2 to buy my own seat, why not activate my ST card ? 50 thousand plus cup tickets at £2 = a nice few quid for someone !! or is this Karen,s idea of the........ " rebranding of our club ? " ...... "X"

I am on the automatic cup ticketing system and have not been charged any booking charge for any cup game this season.
For this game I have been charged £1.50,I queried this because at most it should be a £1 ,but I can't get any sense out of the booking office.
so I have had to miss the yachts for a couple of games, and as you know I'm shit scared of "Cass "
