At the mo are squad is all miss match as fucking usuale injuries,[ sakho carroll and all the odds and ends as we never find out what is realy going on with all these injuries we seem get.

A striker or two is a given.
We need to build from the back, and it has always surprised me that given Bilic was a CH he has never properly strengthened the back as I think he should have. We are still conceding too many goals since last Xmas. How has this been allowed to happen over a transfer period?
We should move forward to try and have the best GK and three centre backs we can afford, I would always play a 3-5-2 at home, and only ever start with one upfront for the away games when desperate.
If Payet and Oxford want to go, fine get as much as possible, we only want players who want to play for us.
Clear out as much of the deadwood as possible, although I accept much will have to wait for the summer with the loans etc. This years transfer policy was a complete and utter nonsense, somebody should put their hand up and apologise, we must never put ourselves in this position again, although with the Chuckles it probably will.
Yeah so he will be fit again in the summer, which is what the poster referred too!! hopefully cheaper too since he has 2 long term injuries on the knees.
