I've never understood why a lot of people who slated Allardyce ( quite reasonably imo) were very pro Pardew.
Allardyce was "accused" of only getting us up via the play offs. So did Pardew, after failing to do even that the first time.
Allardyce was accused of serving up boring percentage football. So did Pardew. Christ, some of those games in the Championship were a bloody chore to watch.
Imo the bloke is so far up his own arse he could brush his teeth from the inside.
Why Is There Only One Monopolies Commission. Isn't That A Monopoly?

If I ever agree with anything then this the number one for me.

Tbf to Pardew, and I wouldn't call myself a fan of his at all, he didn't have a Championship squad with a 50k per week midfielder and he got us to a cup final (that we should've won)
