Hopefully another week of recharging will make our fitness more sharper. On the plus side we got Kudus back and hopefully fit and ready after a couple of days rest. Our only absentees are Antonio and Paqueta who both are injured while Benrahma and Coufal suspended with Aguerd still on AFCON. I think Areola will be back from injury. Alvarez is already back in training so that a major plus side for both defensive and offensive. Once we signed Kalvin Phillips on loan, he may start on the bench. We have to be ready for this game as Bournemouth are one of the form team and let not forget their 3-0 memorable win at Man Utd. Hope we will not have any hic-cup as we did against Sheff Utd and our defence need to keep tight at the back. I fully expected Zouma not to participate as we got Man Utd away 3 days after this match so likely Ogbonna and Mavropanos to partner in defence and hope they will be strong as they did against Arsenal.
Squad:
Areola/Fabianski
Johnson
Mavropanos
Ogbonna
Emerson
Alvarez
Soucek
Bowen
JWP
Kudus
Ings
Hopefully will perform better and don't let them invite for attacking. We needed to win this one as we got away to Man Utd then at home to Arsenal which both are losable games unless we can get a point against Arsenal to keep us 6th if we can.
Result probable:
West Ham win: 50%
Draw 30%
Bournemouth 20%
Hope we will pick up our first win of 2024.
COYI!!!!

"I am always correct", but "if I am wrong", please refer to the first phrase.
The exchange market is a little immature as yet, but has it as home 41%, draw 24%, away 35%. Sounds about right,
Bournemouth have had a good run for two months or more, and the recent big defeat to the Scousers was a lop-sided scoreline it seems.
I think we are a point light from the last two draws. Could/should have lost to Brighton, should have beaten the Blades. Really need to correct that now.
“Never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.” (Mark Twain.)
I think Philips may start regretting his move if don't get Kudos back and some fit defenders.
The problem we have is that up front Ings hasn't got a chance unless he can play off someone and I'm not sure who that would be.
We also will probably have to attack and have more of the ball if that is the case were fucked.
Here's to 25% possession and a dodgy penalty 1-0 Hammers.
Oh, and cheers Ibbs I look forward to your match analysis.

Cheers, also I hope like you said, we need to attack them and don't let them play.
