London Stadium Capacity

Post by Ibbyham »

Was 64,472, a new record high against Man Utd as it was 62,500 max beforehand but now with more seats in the stadium may have reach 64.500 max with 66,000 seater in 2024 as our late David Gold confirmed a couple of years ago.

Hammers News have reported the 64,472 being questioned as an error, as it exceeds the licenced capacity, but it is the number given in clubs own match report, although it could still be a typo.

Hopefully that will generate more funds and for us to consolidate a regular top 10 side and banished the fear of a R season.

Have to wait until the next few home games to see how exactly the figures are.

Plenty of empty seat's from where I was watching in the pub, inflated bullshit.
Only we could convert a 90k stadium into a 60k.

Season tickets are counted as attending whether you show up or not .
A 90k stadium is far to big for all London clubs I reckon

I remembered a couple of year ago when the late David Gold told us fans, that the London Stadium will increase to 66,000 this year or January 2024 so likely to be done and ready.

Tis bollocks I’m afraid.

Total lies . The sort of bullshit Josef Goebbels would have been proud of.
