There was more chance of getting a bj off Kate Middleton than us scoring in the second half.

2 wins in the last 10 games and a good argument that many games previous we were lucky to get results. This is relegation form if it continues.

KPI failure
When joining he stated that he would use the 'Red Bull model' going forward. Players who got game time yesterday included Cresswell, Dawson, Fabianski, Coufal, Antonio, Noble, Yarmalinko, Coufal, Lanzini. Any superior would see that as not only negligence but failure to carry out pre-defined objectives leaving the club in a precarious position this summer.

Poor transfer policy
Since being at the club Moyes has overseen a haphazard transfer policy that lacks forward thinking and does not deal with current or future issues. He has also managed to create one of the great footballing contradictions - being tight and cautious with money whilst wasting loads. Poor signings include Vlasic, Hugill, Areola, Benrhama, Soucek, Coufal, Kral.

lack of in-game vision
The fear of failure, after numerous club failures previously, leaves him incapable of making any decisions that he feels will fall back on him. This has been evident the last two seasons.

Trading off his players
He has been happy to take praise all season but yesterday, when the inevitable happened, he massively went into self preservation mode and threw his players under the bus. Reality is people are realising that any improvements are down to Rice and not Moyes. Inevitable he will use the same tactic next season and lose the team, creating a toxic atmosphere at the club

Failure to provide any evidence he looks beyond the next game
Lack of transition from youth to first team under him. No signings looking that look to the future. Constant game of survive this week and and then worry about the next game after. This attitude will catch up with him and be horrendous for the club.

I don't buy that. Yesterday 2-1 down,7th place secure,why not throw Oko-flex,Yarmolenko on.
Move Bowen central, flanked with Antonio and Ox. Yarmolenko operating as a 10 behind an attacking trident.

Go for it,try and win the fucking thing. Change the approach with a surge. You don't need to worry about conceding when it looks like you have already lost ffs.
Can't argue with that, nothing ventured nothing gained and we had more to gain than we did to lose. Shows how afraid he is to make decisions that are out of his comfort zone.

As for comparing last season's results with this one, Poppy cock, the lay out was different, had different hurdles to jump. The fault was in how this one was managed. It could have been 6th again and if comparisons want to be made between the two seasons it would have made this one better based on the fact we were fighting on an extra front.

But that isn't a get out for Moyes, just a kick up the Arris to change.

Are you stating that last season, where Moyes got all the plaudits, was not a real season?

2 wins out of 10 is indeed relegation form

Everyone needs to improve plus some quality signings needed in the summer

Moyes deserves a chance to build n the last 2 years and definitely deserves proper backing from the board in the summer transfer window after the Pellegrini disastrous appointment

DAVID MOYES IN

I moan as much if not more than most about all things West Ham on here, but to be fair all things considered the last two seasons have been a breath of fresh air considering some of the shit we have endured over the last forty years and counting. whufc_crest

Nope, many off us on here never wanted him in first place.

Whether you classify the last 2 seasons as real or not it
has earned him the right to, well put it right.
