10 game ban for Racism

Ok I know how you all like a racism debate...
The Slavic Prague player has got a 10 game ban for racism.
No one knows what he said accept Glen Kamara the Rangers player.
Now Slavia claim the player said “You Fucking guy” which if true the 10 game ban is a little extreme, on the other hand if you believe what the Rangers guy claimed what he said then the ban is not enough.
How many games ban should a player get for racially abusing another player?

For me a lot less than the ban a player is likely to get for a dangerous tackle that causes serious injury.
Sticks and stones and all that. And I also find it worrying that everyone rushes to judgment and assumes the accused to be guilty. As you say there is only one person who actually knows what was said and that’s the Czech bloke. The Rangers player could have misheard. Of course he may not have done but how do we really know.?

Having done some reading , it appears the Czech player held his hand over his mouth for 1.09 seconds.
In which time Kamara alleges that he whispered in his ear’ole “ Monkey. You’re a fucking Monkey and you know you are”.
Make of that what you will .
Seems to me the 10 game ban is the minimum ban for the offence and if actually proven could have been a lot more
It’s a he said she said situation and uefa have gone with Kamara’s version based on his instant and post match reaction .
Not ideal.

And whilst we are on the subject , the Czech player in the above incident swears he said “ you fucking guy” which obviously is bollocks even in pigeon english .
But “you fucking gay” ? Now there’s a possibility.
Equally outrageous to today’s society in the main but hardly Racist . Which imo is what uefa have to be seen to be clamping down on .

Unless the evidence is 100% clear what was said then they will nearly always side with a black these days...its a fucking joke
these fuckers need to get over themselves...names myself and friends used to get called when we played footie and rugby, we just laughed it off and gave it back...and there were blacks in the teams
