Yep. As far as goals of the week/month/season/decade are concerned that does tend to rule it out as a candidate I'm guessing. ;)

I can't understand why anyone can think that was a good strike. Did it smack the bar centrally and rebound into play ? It did not...it skidded off the bar and travelled a huge distance into the empty seats - fucking miles off target and Bale actually gave a grimace as if it was even close. He might need face furnture to play the game from now on...
