Stop talking bollocks. The private messages I sent you were simply a response to your suggestion of going for a drink----and you know it if you've read them, although as far as I could see they were never actually sent from my outbox. However I think that particular ship has sailed now, even if it was possible to actually do at the present time.

I have criticised Hammers United and I have stated my reasons for the criticism. Whether you agree with them or not is of course up to you but if you see criticism as insults that is your problem, not mine. I certainly called you a nutter (or similar) for your actions at the Burnley game and I make no apology for that. In my opinion anyone who gets themselves a lifetime ban from doing something they say they love whilst at the same time potentially causing harm to the thing they love by their actions deserves to be called a nutter. I don't think I need to know someone personally to draw that conclusion. And I think if you had seen someone act as you did that day when watching the match highlights you would probably have used similar language to describe the actions of the pitch invaders.

He's a really nice guy who went in with the intent to come across as reasonable because the knew that TalkSport wanted to portray the fans as thugs.

He pitched it wrong and fell between the margins with a message that appeased neither party. TalkSport is a graveyard for West Ham fans which is something Andy knew before going on but he believed that he could deliver a message without looking unreasonable.

He got a ton of abuse on social media yesterday which I guess many thought he deserved. That being said he had to get off the call from Jim White and continue his online lessons (he's a school teacher) which can't have been easy.

I hated hearing Jim White getting the better of someone I like and respect.
I'm not sure Jim White actually got the better of the argument. DS essentially acts like a loan shark by charging exorbitant interest on his "loans".
He creates the necessity of the loan in the first place, supplies the loan and then profits from doing it.

Jim White likes to present this as the owner "saving West Ham" when the whole function of the "saving" is a mechanism to generate more revenue for the owner. And the whole stale shtick of the "I was only talking to David Sullivan yesterday on the phone..." is meant to imply an authoritative in-the-know understanding of events. Which means nothing to anybody but is meant to suggest he has more information than the person he is having a conversation with.

The motive is so bloody transparent I don't understand how any one could fall for it.

Where Andy's good natured politeness ran aground was when Simon Jordan basically shut him down (which is his job)

Fuck off Terry. ;) I'm already in the Prince of Wales' bad books.

Seriously they could do worse than putting Simon Jordan's name forward as a spokesperson. He regularly criticises S & G and even in the piece posted on here he mentioned in his response to the waffle about the interest rate thay were charging, and the possibility there was something not quite kosher about the financial deal regarding the sale of Upton Park. I'm guessing he has had business dealings with them in the past. He did say something along the lines that "he knows their methods".

I'm sure he knows some of the shenanigans they get up to. When you mix in those circles your paths are bound to have crossed.

Jim White is compromised by association and I'd have told him so. We've all seen the pictures of him and Sully enjoying the corporate banquets in the directors box. Unfortunately Jordan has no such association so was always going to use his dislike of G&S as a shield when he began his retort.

To be fair mate I had Durham & Gough which is a very different proposition. Jordan thinks quickly and shoots from the lip, I'm quite sure he's have tied me in knots and I'd have spent the next day thinking of things I should have said in reply. 😂

Theses guys are also playing at home and have the kill-switch. I'd love to see Jim White on an hour long YouTube debate with comments popping up.

It was a poor effort, no doubt

But don't forget, these are 2 blokes, who have made there fortune out of Porn, in the early days it would have been with women who were in dire need.

They do not have a moral between and don't give a fuck, about anything other than money. No amount of banner waiving or committee's, will sway their way of thinking
