It looks like the criteria for penalties has been changed again. That penalty would have been given a few weeks ago. There have been one or two others I've seen as well. Looks like the "clear & obvious" thingy is coming to the fore again. Shame that's not the case with offsides which seem to be the ones that take forever to sort out.
shame it was not in place against the victims and Arthurs penalty that was given for less contact :evil:

If the linesman had raised the flag like he did in the 140 odd seasons,prior to this one,we wouldn't be having the conversation.
