I would love to hear the opinions of the senior board directors on these two visionary appointments..
an ex porn star and one of the owners kids who "ran" the womens team.....could you make that up ?...
Do we have senior board members ? The dwarf owns 51% of the shares and so can for all intents and purposes do exactly what he wants.
Why Is There Only One Monopolies Commission. Isn't That A Monopoly?
Two more directors for West Ham United have been announced at companies house. 43 year old financier Daniel Cunningham who is married to Jacqueline Gold and 83 year old retiree Charles Cross who has a connection to David Gold
Disclaimer: I don't want to defend these despicable beings in any way, but there is a logical explanation. That Eve Vorley desperately wants to watch West Ham games is not one of them, like she gives two craps about watching Moysieball.
A lot of their money is tied up in property and other ventures on the high street and in these times of course they are really hurting, as many are.
I run a small business and my wife is 50% shareholder. I do the day to day work, but she does the books and admin and that is her role in the partnership. There are many advantages in doing this by reducing my income, sharing dividends, writing off more expenses and so on. Put that into a scale of millions, spread that over more people, the personal tax burden reduces considerably.
While we want them to sell and go, humanly speaking the day is drawing in and it is reasonable to have a family succession plan for their assets and business, even if they are not qualified just so they don't have to lose a huge % in inheritance. Not that Sullivan is qualified anyway to run a football club.... but that Gold has done the same, the timing of it as new lockdown comes in and more global financial woes tighten the screw on the world economy says to me this is about tax breaks and sharing the wealth so they end up with more money in their pockets instead of giving it to HMRC. I would not be surprised to see this in their other businesses too, not just West Ham.
I also mean in all sincerity how can Baroness Brady sit in the boardroom and look Eve Vorley in the eye, hypocrisy of the grossest magnitude.

I notice you say the dwarf isn’t qualified to run a football club. If there was such a qualification he would certainly fail to reach the standard to gain it. In fact I think the horrible little man would struggle to gain a qualification to run a fucking bath.

A couple more leeches on the fucking gravy train then.
Charlie Cross will be fitness trainer for the first team as well
I'm not interested in the tax advantages etc etc in doing this. People who know about football should have been appointed if they were going to add extra board members.
It just looks like there'll either be more leeches in the continuation of the Dildo Dynasty or more leeches to make a swift buck when they sell up.
The only addition to the board that they should have made is Covid 19 as it's helped the shyster shitcunts big time in taking the pressure off and masking the fact that the club is still run like a second rate circus.

Hanging's too good for them.
Tbh mate I wouldn't think it will make the slightest difference. I haven't bothered reading all the fine print but, unless the other directors have handed over or sold some of their shareholding to the additions they won't have a financial stake in the company. And if, through some act of sudden magnanimity the dwarf or the dribbler have decided to issue new shares at zero cost it would simply dilute the value of their existing shareholding and reduce the amount they ultimately trouser when they sell.
Assuming the bloke dressed in a black hoody and carrying a scythe doesn't catch up with them first of course.
