That's a pretty non specific criticism.
Diversity quotas are inequitable, anti meritocratic, openly discriminatory, divisive, and in my opinion counter productive.
Heavy handed policy that implies statistical underrepresentation is always down to bigotry is insulting.
You don't help impartiality by forcing partial decisions on people.
How any of those opinions are racist or cuntish I do not know.
