And there's the elephant in the room.

Madness to not buy a back-up, indeed equally so to flog the others apart from the lesser-spotted French Sloth.

This was hardly unforeseen was it ?

Bloody hell , who in their right mind could not have seen this happening ? . Obviously the manager , the director of football , the owners and a lot of the fans .

Why didn't we just go get Karlan Grant or Adam Armstrong when we had the chance .

Haller won't play.

I guarantee we play the much loved 'false 9'

We'd be probably better off playing Antonio with a false leg, than playing Haller.

Would have rested Mickey for City and Scouse games after the twinge at Spuds...we were warned...mistake playing him
IMO...could have had him him fit and firing for the games we need to win...opportunity to try a slightly different system
without him, knowing at points along the season he will need resting.

Also, and hate saying this as love the guy to bits, always rated him as one of our best players...maybe we have to start looking
at him as an impact Sub...or just play him for an hour every game,it's a bit obvious now...he aint a 90 min 38 game man.

Had this prob since we've had him..obviously our fitness coaches can't get the better of it,so no other options...
...just our fuckin luck...

Would do a like for like at Scouse, same system with Haller instead of Mickey...give that 3 Games if no good...get shot of
Haller in Jan if poss..gutted but it is what it is...and all out for a Top Class Striker...Mickey still gets starts when fit,but
back out in a wider role

Warning signs were there a couple of games ago but our one dimensional manager ploughed on regardless relying on luck.
