Has Sullivan worked wonders with the Academy system?

Are we seeing the Academy system working to an elite level?
Is our youth system now the envy of other clubs?

Does Sullivan deserve credit for the results? He runs everything so any success is surely his success.

You tell us! you normally do. But the only answer you can really give is one that nobody should be able to argue with, unless of course you stick to type.

no

as I guess this can only be measured in a cash return

1, Cash return - You're wrong, as usual. Rice has returned financially already. Do you agree without him we would have been relegated last season? By keeping us up he has returned tens of millions. Future cash returns from sales is massive on lots of youth players.
2, Does not matter where Rice came from to start. He came as a youth playing in the youth team,so, obviously, he is a product of the youth set up.

Now fuck off.
