That`s what they normally spend. ;)

Let`s put this into perspective.

Money spent is LESS THAN HALF spent in the summer of 2019 at this moment.Chelsea have spent a large chunk of that ,because they haven`t spent anything for 18 months because of a transfer ban.

The majority of clubs would like to get their transfer business done before the opening day, which is just 3 days away.

But,by chance,if you are right,I will be the first to congratulate you and give you a virtual handshake.

I am already correct.
Clubs spending like they always have done.
Villa spending £30 million on a Championship CF. Unheard of.
Final figures are irrelevant as we can all see that Covid has had NO affect on football.

I accept your handshake. Thank you.

The video from this sites CEO popped up in my suggestion.
Watched some of it and saw he agrees with me and thinks Tegs is making himself look like a fool on this thread.

And yet the EFL are trying to get a financial support package from premier league, no affect on football?

Dopey Prick.

I did actually say to you,or didn't you bother reading it,is that there is more spending than I and many predicted.I admitted that.I am one of them people that will say I got it wrong and hold my hands up.

You said about Villa spending, but their transfer balance was minus 139.5 million, compared to minus 41 million..That is nearly a £100 million difference.

Long way to go,but we will see October 6th.

OK I know these are both from the Mail but the economic logic is sound. Relevant to this thread.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/sport ... iness.html

And then throw in Signor Agnelli's comments which I posted earlier on this thread and it's becoming obvious who has the better grasp of economic reality here. :)
