The club just released a youtube video with all our goals.

Fornals is involved in the build up to many of them.

He is not a left winger.

Play him in the #10 between Bowen & Antonio with Haller in front of him and Rice & Soucek behind him and we will see a player.

He won the Spain U21 tournament nearly on his own playing there.

While I do agree with this sentiment, Cebeallos and Mayoral would take umbrage with that final statement. He did however have a great tournament and I was buzzing at the time knowing we'd signed him. I think he's quietly had a good season and I fully expect him to push on from here.

I completely agree. One of those players who we will quite probably lose when, or possibly before, he reaches his peak years.

If I remember the tournament correctly Fornals usually started the games in a wide position and moved to a more central role, which imo he is more suited to, when one of the central MF pairing went off.

Your not wrong, he did start in a wider role, but he was up there as a support for the striker and in an around the box a lot. Ceballos played the more traditional No 10 role though , but watching the understanding he and Fornals had was impressive.

Yep, Lanzini this season.
It’s not what you do it is the way that you do it.

Yep, Lanzini this season.
I don’t think he scored this year either. Lanzini and Ajeti, both got duck eggs.
